A Retainer/Advanced Fee payment is required for all representation in court proceedings and may be requested
for other services. The required advanced payment will depend on the complexity and expected duration of the court proceeding
or services requested. For each client, the terms of representation and required Retainer/Advanced Fee payment
will be set forth in a Memorandum of Understanding (Representation Letter) signed by both the Attorney and the Client.
The listed flat fees for Attorney Holt's services listed below are subject to change. For more information
on the current minimum Retainer/Advanced Fee payment expected for different types of proceedings, please contact Attorney

Costs of
documents not listed will be discussed at initial consultation.
Initial Consultations for Simple Estate Planning are offered for up to 2 hours
at a flat fee of $50.00. Flat fee rates usually apply to the drafting of documents requested at this consultation.
The flat fee rate includes further consultations, revisions and execution of the finalized draft. Reduction in
flat fees may be made if multiple documents are requested at the Intitial Consutation.
